Eric Wynn was on the ground and in the sky at the inaugural Challenge Aruba event. A star-studded pro field showed up for both the half and sprint distance races in this tropical paradise.

Tough nature conditions at the inaugural ÖTILLÖ 1000 Lakes did not deter SwimRun athletes from tackling this beautiful terrain at the Mecklenburger Seenplatte. 10km of swimming and 35km of trail running with 22 transitions and 40° air temps and 50° water temps were challenging even for the most seasoned and hardened athletes, and were too much for others.
